Before you write

Two things answer most of what we get asked, faster than we can:

• Spend some of the free allowance. Every key is issued with 30 posts on it, no card and no payment. It is the whole program on the real hardware, so most “does it do X” questions are one job and ten minutes.
• Read what you actually get. A key with an allowance, work done on machines we own in Oregon, files handed back — and paid posts not switched on yet.

What we can and cannot help with

We can tell you what a job did. This program keeps one row per job on our machine — what you sent, what came back, how many posts were held back and why. So if a result makes no sense, write with the job id in it and we can say what happened. That is the opposite of our single-file programs, where we hold nothing and so can check nothing.

We cannot tell you your key. Only a one-way hash of it is kept, deliberately. A lost key is replaced, not recovered.

And we are a software company, not advisers. We cannot tell you whether you are compliant, what a statute or a platform rule means for your business, or whether something is safe to publish. Every one of these programs says so on the screens that hold a rule, and it is worth saying once more here.
