Simulcast keeps every commercial licence you buy for a fight night — the event, the date, the address, the capacity and screens it covers, and its proof — and will not clear an event to show until the licence matches the night. When a demand letter arrives, it shows what is on file for the night it names.

The problem
Distributors of pay-per-view fights sell commercial licences priced by the size of the room, and send investigators on fight night. A venue that showed a fight without a licence — or under a licence for a smaller room, another address or another night — gets a demand letter, and if it does not settle, a federal suit.
ordered against one Indiana bar that showed a fight to about forty people without a licence, including tripled statutory damages.
The Indiana Lawyer →what the distributor’s rate card said a licence for a room of up to 150 would have cost.
The Indiana Lawyer →Not a reminder. Clear to show refuses, with the reason named, while no licence is linked, or the licence is for another date or address, covers less than the room’s posted capacity or fewer screens than you will use, or has no proof or distributor recorded. A cleared event is frozen. There is no override.
How it works
The address the licences name, the posted capacity, and the screens.
From the distributor’s own confirmation: the event, the date, the address, the capacity and screens it covers, the fee, and the proof.
When the licence matches the night, clear the event to show. If a letter ever comes, the answer is already on file.
What it will never do
Simulcast holds what you bought and checks it against the night.

Questions
Commercial licences are usually priced by the room’s capacity. A licence for a smaller room does not cover a bigger one.
The posted fire-code occupancy on your certificate, not the crowd on the night.
Record it. Simulcast shows the event on that night and the licence and proof on file — or the gap. Then take it to a lawyer before the response date.
No. It is the file you wish you had kept.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
Card 301 was cleared under a licence for 200 in a room rated for 180. Card 302 was shown under a licence for 150, and a demand letter has arrived. Card 303 cannot be cleared until its receipt is on file, and the undercard night has no licence at all.
