An event is cleared to show only when a commercial licence is on file for that event, on that date, at this venue's address, for at least the venue's posted capacity and the screens you will use, with its proof recorded.

Type each licence from the distributor's own order confirmation. Simulcast does not know any distributor or rate card; it holds what you bought and checks it against the night.

Demand letters×

When a letter arrives claiming a fight was shown without a licence, record it here. Simulcast finds the event on that date and shows what is on file for it - the answer, or the gap.
