Before you write

Two things answer most of what we get asked, faster than we can:

• Spend some of the free allowance. Every key is issued with 3 listings on it, no card and no payment. It is the whole program on the real hardware, so most “does it do X” questions are one job and ten minutes.
• Read what you actually get. A key with an allowance, work done on machines we own in Oregon, files handed back — and paid listings not switched on yet.

What we can and cannot help with

We can tell you what a job did. This program keeps one row per job on our machine — what you sent, what came back, how many listings were held back and why. So if a result makes no sense, write with the job id in it and we can say what happened. That is the opposite of our single-file programs, where we hold nothing and so can check nothing.

We cannot tell you your key. Only a one-way hash of it is kept, deliberately. A lost key is replaced, not recovered.

And we are a software company, not advisers. We cannot tell you whether you are compliant, what a statute or a platform rule means for your business, or whether something is safe to publish. Every one of these programs says so on the screens that hold a rule, and it is worth saying once more here.
