Concession is a self-serve storefront: upload a file, set a price, get a link. Fans pay in bitcoin on your own BTCPay store and the file is handed over the moment the payment settles. We never hold the money, take no cut and never see a card.
Nothing opens in this browser — this one takes a job and does the work on our own graphics cards in Oregon. The free allowance below is how you try it: 3 listings, no card and no payment, on the key you are issued.
Runs on this computer today. The fan pages open to the public when two safety pieces are in place — see below.
The problem
Gumroad, Payhip and Ko-fi close adult accounts, and the processors that allow adult products want a written application, weeks of underwriting and a rolling reserve before the first sale. A creator with a BTCPay store needs none of that to be paid — just somewhere to put the file and something that checks the payment before letting it out.
Concession takes no cut of any sale. You pay for listings, not for selling them; a sale costs you nothing extra.
Every payment is an invoice on your own BTCPay store and settles into your own wallet. There is no balance here and no payout to wait for.
The file goes out only for an invoice on your store, for that listing, at its exact price, settled. A one-cent invoice pretending to be your $20 set gets nothing.
The fan pages answer this computer only until every picture and video a creator uploads is checked against known abuse material with PhotoDNA, and the pages have a public https address. Concession refuses to start public without both, and we say so rather than open early.
How it works
One click. Your first three listings are free.
A PDF, e-book, zip, pictures, audio or video, up to 140 MB, priced from $1 to $500. Give it your BTCPay server and store id.
The fan says they are 18 or over, pays on your checkout, and downloads — five times over seven days.
What it will never do
Concession is the shelf and the lock on the door. The till is yours.
Pricing
A listing is one file for sale, for as long as you keep it up. Sales are never charged.
Try it on your best-selling set.
A season of sets, bundles and one-offs.
A studio with a back catalogue to put on the shelf.
Paid in bitcoin through our own checkout; the listings are added to your key as soon as the payment confirms. Your fans’ payments go to your store, never ours. Your licence key is emailed to you within two working days of payment.
Checkout is our own bitcoin server, not a card processor. The units you buy are added to your key: buy from the Buy more box inside the program and they arrive on their own once the payment confirms, or buy here and paste the invoice number from your receipt into that box.
Questions
Yes — your own, or a BTCPay host that accepts your business. That is what makes the money yours from the first second: we only ever ask it whether an invoice is settled.
No. Concession never takes a card. If your BTCPay store offers other payment methods, those happen on your checkout, not ours.
Each paid invoice opens one link that works five times over seven days, then it is spent.
No new sales. Anybody who already paid can still download what they bought.
A key. One line of text, issued to you and shown exactly once — only its hash is kept here, so it cannot be looked up later and we could not tell you what yours is. Every key arrives with a free allowance already on it, which is the tier at the top of the pricing above, and the work starts the first time you send a job with that key on it.
Each job is metered in the unit named in the pricing, and a unit that fails — a file that will not read, a row the model held back — is not charged and is named in the job report rather than silently skipped. When an allowance runs out the next job is refused before any work starts, with the number it used printed on the refusal.
More units are bought in bitcoin. The checkout is a bitcoin server we run ourselves. Buy from the Buy more box inside the program and the units are added to your key on their own as soon as the payment confirms; buy from the plan buttons above and paste the invoice number from your receipt into that same box. Each payment adds its units once, to one key.
Make a key, upload your best-selling set, point it at your BTCPay store and share the link.
