Bellpull keeps the three duties Washington’s 2024 law put on every adult entertainment establishment — staff training every two years, a working panic button in every private room, and someone on security every open night — and builds the annual packet. It will not sign the year’s proof while a room has no button, a test failed, or anyone’s training has run out.

The problem
Washington’s ESSB 6105 requires third-party training for every employee who is not an entertainer, renewed at least every two years; panic buttons wherever an entertainer may be alone with a customer, with annual proof of compliance and maintenance records to Labor & Industries; and at least one person on the premises whose primary duty is security. A club that misses one answers to L&I.
where an entertainer may be alone with a customer needs a panic button, with annual proof and maintenance records.
ESSB 6105 final bill report →at least, on the premises during operating hours, whose primary duty is security.
ESSB 6105 final bill report →Not a reminder. The annual proof refuses, with the reason named, while a room has no button, a button has a failed or overdue test, or anyone required to train is overdue. A security night refuses with nobody on security duty, someone listed who is not security staff, or other duties ticked with no note. There is no override.
How it works
Provider, format, certificate number and which of the five topics it covered. An in-house course is kept but does not count.
Each private room, its button and every test and repair. A failed test stays a fault until a later one passes.
Who was on security. At year end, sign the proof and print the packet for L&I.
What it will never do
Bellpull records what you trained, tested and staffed. L&I decides compliance.

Questions
Every employee other than an entertainer, by 30 days after hire for a recorded course or 120 days for a live one, and again at least every two years.
The law sets no interval. Bellpull uses a house schedule — 30 days by default — and keeps every test and repair.
One printable packet: every room and its button, every test and repair for the year, and every employee’s last qualifying course.
No. It is the file you wish you had kept.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
One panic button failed its test, one room has no button, another is overdue. A bartender’s training ran out, a new door host is past the deadline, an in-house course does not count, and one open night has no security record. Bellpull catches every one.
