Staff training×

Every employee other than an entertainer takes third-party, professionally developed training by the later of 1 March 2025 or 30 days after hire (recorded course) or 120 days after hire (live course), and again at least every two years. A course only counts if it is third party and covers all five topics.

A panic button must be accessible in every room where an entertainer may be alone with a customer, and the maintenance records go to L&I with the annual proof. Test each button on the house schedule; a failed test stays a fault until a later test passes.
