What the programs do
Callboard is software that has the answer on paper before an inspector, a processor or a lawyer asks the question.
Shoot · Saturday 14 March
What would open it: a test dated on or after 28 February.
Example records. No override button.
Why Callboard exists
That is most of this industry — the club, the studio, the platform, the creator with four payout accounts and no accountant until April. The rules are real, they change by state and by date, and the fines are real. And “we’re compliant now” has never once been a defence: nobody asks about this morning. They ask about a date.
Meanwhile banks, payment companies and software vendors won’t touch the business at all. Callboard exists to be the back office this industry can’t get anywhere else — built so that the day somebody asks, the answer is already written down.
How it works
Most of our programs keep a record and stand in a doorway — a shoot, a payout, a booking, an order, a night on the door. They all behave the same way.
Not “is it fine today” but “was it fine on the day it happened” — the shoot day, the pay date, the booking date.
A warning gets clicked past. A refusal stops the thing, and says exactly what would let it through.
Because an override is a button somebody presses at five o’clock on a Friday. That is the day the fine comes from.
A dashboard is a nice-to-have. A locked door that tells you what would open it is what keeps the business open.
Why we can sell to you when others won’t
A breach at Callboard costs a spreadsheet — not a library, and never a list of performers’ legal names.
Buying one
Open it with example records already in it. No account, no email address.
Monthly or yearly, from $5. It doesn’t go up when you have a good month.
They live on your own computer and export to a file you keep — even if you stop paying.
Ten minutes with the free version tells you whether it is for you.
