Shelfmark Game Storefront and Processor Register
For developers of adult games selling on Steam, itch.io and direct

Revenue halved. Was it the store, the card or the game?

Shelfmark keeps each title on each store, every delisting, deindexing and payment-method notice with the day it was raised and what you did, and each listing’s monthly revenue — and will not close a month while a drop has no notice behind it or a notice has no answer.

Opens in this browser with an invented studio already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed.

The problem

The stores answer to the processors.

In July 2025 itch.io deindexed adult content from browse and search after its payment processors raised concerns, and one processor’s payments for 18+ pages were suspended. Steam’s onboarding names content that may break its processors’ and card networks’ rules among what it will not take.

Will not close a month with a drop nobody can explain.

Not a reminder. Close refuses, naming the listing, while any listing has no revenue figure, fell by your set share or more with no notice on it that month or the month before, or a notice raised that month has no action recorded. A closed month is frozen. There is no override.

How it works

List, log, close

List each store

Every title on every store you sell through, your own website included.

Log each notice

The day the store or processor raised it, what it said and what you did.

Close the month

Type each store’s figure; when every drop has a reason, close it.

What it will never do

It keeps the record. Not the build.

Shelfmark never holds your game or its pages.

No store connection. You type each store’s own report.
No content.A title, a store, a notice and a figure.
It does not appeal for you.It records that you did.
It never touches a payment. One price, for software.

Pricing

One plan

For one studio.

One studio

Studio

$15/mo

Every title, every store.

  • Listings with status from notices
  • Notice log with actions
  • Monthly close gate, no override

Monthly. Your bank statement says Shelfmark Software. Your licence key is emailed to you within two working days of payment.

Checkout is our own bitcoin server, not a card processor — nobody we had to apply to and nobody who can close the account. The button takes you straight to it. Give your email address there — that is where your key is sent.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

What counts as a drop?

Thirty percent or more from the month before, unless you set another share.

What if the drop was just a quiet month?

Record it as a notice, say so, and mark it accepted. The point is that somebody looked.

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. It is the register and the gate in front of it.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.

Open the demo before the month ends

Two months are closed. Last month is open: a page deindexed with no action recorded, a listing down over 60% with no notice, and one store’s report not yet typed in.
