Ringfence keeps the control file Visa’s Integrity Risk Program expects an acquirer of adult-content merchants to show: each merchant’s card-brand registrations renewed yearly, the KYC review, six content policies on file, every site review, each month’s report and dispute ratio, and the acquirer’s own control assessment on its cycle.

The problem
Visa’s Integrity Risk Program puts high-integrity-risk merchants into three tiers, with adult content under MCC 5967 in Tier 1. Each merchant is registered, and the acquirer goes through control assessments. When the assessor comes, the acquirer shows, merchant by merchant, that registrations, underwriting, content policies, site reviews and dispute ratios were there and kept current.
the starting dispute line; any merchant over it is flagged.
A registration past its year, a missing content policy, a site review past its cycle, a monthly report not in, a merchant over the dispute line, and the acquirer’s own assessment past its year are each on the file. The evidence list is Ringfence’s reading of the brands’ standards, to be matched to your own card-brand rules.
How it works
MCC, boarding date, Visa and Mastercard registration, the KYC review, the six policies, and every site review.
Last month’s report and dispute ratio for every merchant, in one pass.
Review cycle, dispute line, and your last control assessment and its cycle. Print the file for the assessor.
What it will never do
Ringfence holds the evidence. You register merchants with the card brands.
Pricing
Less than one finding in a control assessment.
Every adult merchant one acquirer boards.
The same, two months free.
Subscription. Your bank statement says Ringfence Software. Refunded in full on request within 30 days. Your licence key is emailed to you within two working days of payment.
Checkout is our own bitcoin server, not a card processor — nobody we had to apply to and nobody who can close the account. The button takes you straight to it. Give your email address there — that is where your key is sent.
Questions
Age and identity checks, consent of everyone depicted, review before publishing, complaints within seven business days, an appeal for people depicted, and prohibited content.
Every ninety days to start. It is your setting.
It is Ringfence’s reading of the brands’ adult-content standards. Match it to your own rules.
No. It is the file the assessor asks for.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
The invented ISO has three merchants: one in order and two with gaps — a lapsed registration, a missing complaints policy, an overdue site review, a dispute ratio over the line — and its own assessment is past its year.
