Registrar keeps the business registration and every manager’s, each with its last good day and the date to apply to renew by, and refuses a manager under the minimum age. It keeps the employee record — names, addresses and dates of birth — with gaps marked, ready to print when the city inspects.

The problem
Many cities regulate adult businesses with the same model ordinance. Norfolk, Nebraska’s requires managers to be registered and the owner to keep a record of every employee’s name, address and date of birth, open to city inspection. Each registration lasts a year, and renewal should be applied for at least 30 days before it expires — applying later does not stop it running out.
every manager must be, and the owner keeps names, addresses and dates of birth of all employees for inspection.
Norfolk, NE code 13-353 →A manager whose registration has run out, is suspended or revoked is listed as may not work. A manager under the minimum age is refused. A renewal applied for after the 30-day line is written down with the warning that it still expires. The employee record marks every missing address or date of birth.

What it will never do

Questions
The term, the renewal lead time and the minimum age are settings. Norfolk’s are the defaults.
Registrar writes it down, but says plainly that the registration still expires on its day.
Every current employee and the managers: name, address and date of birth.
No. It is the record the city asks for.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
The invented Norfolk club’s business registration is past its 30-day line. One manager’s registration ran out last week, another is suspended, and the employee record is missing a date of birth and an address. Registrar shows every one.
