Quarterday Nevada County Fee Calendar
For licensed houses in Nevada’s licensing counties

$18,750 a quarter, and nobody put it on the calendar.

Quarterday puts every county fee a licensed Nevada house owes on one calendar: the house licence each quarter, each worker’s sheriff registration each quarter from the day they start, other employees each year, and an investigation fee for every owner, manager or agent before they begin. Each shows its date, amount and whether it is paid, short, due or late.

The problem

A rhythm of its own, set by county ordinance.

A licensed house pays its county by the quarter for the house licence and each worker’s registration, by the year for other employees, and an investigation fee for each owner, manager or agent. Storey County’s fee table lists the brothel licence at $18,750 a quarter. A Nye County proposal raised the quarterly work-card fee from $125 to $150. Each county’s amounts are its own, and they change.

Every quarter

the house licence and every worker’s card fall due again.

Will not mark a fee paid without the receipt.

Paid needs the county’s receipt number, and a short payment is named with what is still owed. A new worker brings a registration the day they start; a new owner, manager or agent brings an investigation fee before their first day. Amounts typed by hand are marked not confirmed until checked against the house’s own licence papers.

How it works

Fees, people, the calendar

Set the county fees

Start from Storey County’s worksheet or the Nye example, check every amount against your own papers, and mark it confirmed.

List the people

Workers, other employees, and owners, managers and agents, with start and end dates. Each brings their own fee on their own date.

Work the calendar

Quarter by quarter: every fee, its date, amount and standing, the total, and Paid with the receipt number.

What it will never do

It keeps the calendar. It never invents a fee.

The amounts Quarterday shows are the ones the house entered. It pays nothing.

No made-up amounts.Every fee comes from your county’s papers and is marked confirmed.
No payments. You pay the county; Quarterday records the receipt.
It is not a lawyer.A licence question goes to the county or yours.
It never touches a payment. The subscription is for software.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

Where do the amounts come from?

From your county. Quarterday starts from Storey County’s worksheet or a Nye example, and you confirm each figure against your own licence papers.

What about a licence started mid-year?

Storey County charges a licence applied for between April 1 and December 30 for the last quarter plus the next year. Quarterday’s first-bill calculator applies it.

When is a worker’s fee due?

The day they start, and every quarter after.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is the calendar you wish you had kept.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
