Palisade is the log that proves a state block works: for each blocked state, every test run from inside it — the address, how it was sourced, the state it geolocated to, what was served — with the capture fingerprinted in the browser. A signed, dated statement says every blocked state was tested inside the schedule and served the block page.

The problem
Twenty-seven states have adult-site age-verification laws in effect. An operator can verify ages there, or block the state — but a block is a defence only if it works from every network a resident might use, and the operator can show it did. A new CDN edge that goes live without the rule is a state that was never blocked.
the default schedule for re-testing every blocked state from inside it.
what a test that served the site, not the block page, records — dated and kept.
Not a reminder. Signing refuses, with the reason named, while any blocked state is not proved and current: overdue, never tested, tested from the wrong state, missing its capture, unclear, or a block that failed. A test only proves a state if the address geolocated to that state. There is no override.
How it works
The 27 states, dated. Block each one or verify ages there. Add a state when its law takes effect.
State, date, address, how it was sourced, where it geolocated, what was served, who ran it — and the fingerprinted capture.
When every blocked state is proved and current, sign the dated statement with each state’s last proof.
What it will never do
Palisade does not touch the network. It records the tests you run and proves when you ran them.
Pricing
The evidence that the block was real, for less than one proxy plan.
One adult site and its blocked states.
The same, two months free.
Subscription. Your bank statement says Palisade Software. First payment refunded in full on request within 14 days. Your licence key is emailed to you within two working days of payment.
Checkout is our own bitcoin server, not a card processor — nobody we had to apply to and nobody who can close the account. The button takes you straight to it. Give your email address there — that is where your key is sent.
Questions
The 27 with age-verification laws in effect, dated. You keep it current when a new law takes effect.
One whose address geolocated to that state: a residential proxy, a mobile carrier exit, a VPN exit or a person there. Palisade records which.
It is recorded as BLOCK FAILED, dated, and the statement cannot be signed until a later test proves the block.
No. It is the evidence you wish you had kept.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
The invented operator blocks all 27. Texas served the site three days ago, Florida is overdue, the last Utah test came from Nevada, Montana’s has no capture, and Ohio has never been tested. Palisade will not sign until every one is proved.
