Outland Foreign Account FBAR Tracker
For performers and creators holding money with foreign payment wallets or banks

A euro account and a creator wallet can cross $10,000 together.

Outland keeps every bank, payment wallet, brokerage or exchange abroad, each year’s highest balance in its own currency, the Treasury year-end rate, and the total in dollars against the $10,000 line — with the FBAR’s April 15 date, its automatic October 15 extension, and the day it was filed.

Opens in this browser with an invented performer already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed.

The problem

More than $10,000 at any time, all accounts together.

FinCEN says a U.S. person files an FBAR if their foreign financial accounts total more than $10,000 at any time during the year. Each account counts at its highest balance, turned into dollars at the Treasury’s year-end rate. Performers paid into euro accounts and creator wallets abroad cross that line without noticing.

$10,000

in foreign accounts at any time during the year, all together, and an FBAR is owed.

FinCEN →
April 15

the due date, automatically extended to October 15.

Highest balance

each account counts at its peak for the year, not its year-end.

Will not let a year over the line go unfiled quietly.

Every year over $10,000 with no FBAR filed is a stop once its extended date passes. A running year is totalled at last year’s rate and says so. An account marked not sure is flagged to ask the preparer. A currency that is not a three-letter code is refused.

How it works

Accounts, years, the file

List each account abroad

Where it is, the currency, the last four digits, opened and closed, and whether it counts.

Enter each year

Every open account’s highest balance, the Treasury year-end rate, and the day the FBAR was filed.

Print the file

Every finding, every account and every year, for the preparer.

What it will never do

It watches the line. It files nothing.

Outland tells you which years need an FBAR. You file with FinCEN.

No full account numbers. The last four digits only.
No bank link. You type the highest balances from your statements.
It is not an accountant. Not tax advice.
It never touches a payment. The licence is for software.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

Does a payment wallet count?

It might. Outland lets you mark an account not sure, and flags it for your preparer.

Which balance counts?

Each account’s highest balance during the year, turned into dollars at the Treasury’s year-end rate.

When is it due?

April 15 after the year, automatically extended to October 15.

Is this tax advice?

No. It is the line you wish you had watched.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.

Open the demo before April

The invented performer has three accounts abroad. 2025 was over the line with no FBAR and the extended date has passed, 2026 is already over, and a wallet nobody has asked about. The demo’s rates are not Treasury’s.
