Point Montage at a finished video and tick the platforms. It rates every few seconds of it, finds the stretches each platform will accept, and cuts that many clips per platform — vertical for TikTok and Reels, landscape for X and Reddit, inside each one's length and size.
Nothing opens in this browser — this one takes a job and does the work on our own graphics cards in Oregon. The free allowance below is how you try it: 12 clips, no card and no payment, on the key you are issued.
Runs on this computer today. It opens to the public when two pieces are in place — see below.
The problem
TikTok and Instagram remove anything suggestive, X wants sensitive media marked, Reddit wants the right community, and each wants its own shape and length. Cutting four sets by hand from every video is an evening; posting the wrong frame is the account.
TikTok, Instagram Reels, X and Reddit, each cropped to its shape and inside its length and size.
A clip is cut only from a stretch where every rated frame, and the frames either side, is allowed on that platform.
If any frame might show somebody under 18, nothing is cut from that video for any platform.
Montage answers this computer only until every video is checked against known abuse material with PhotoDNA before a model sees it, and it runs on GPU capacity whose terms allow adult content. It refuses to open without both.
How it works
A path on your computer, or an upload.
How many clips each, and how long.
Each clip with a sheet: in and out, what was checked, and how to post it.
What it will never do
Promo clips point people to where the full work is sold.
Pricing
A unit is one clip delivered. Rating the frames is free.
Three sets for one video.
A month of weekly releases.
A back catalogue turned into promo.
Paid in bitcoin through our own checkout; the clips are added to your key as soon as the payment confirms. Your licence key is emailed to you within two working days of payment.
Checkout is our own bitcoin server, not a card processor. The units you buy are added to your key: buy from the Buy more box inside the program and they arrive on their own once the payment confirms, or buy here and paste the invoice number from your receipt into that box.
Questions
A dated table, entered by us and stamped on every clip's sheet. Platforms change their rules; check theirs before posting.
It picks allowed stretches spread through the video, starting on scene cuts where it can. For the single best thirty seconds, Reel is the tool.
It cuts fewer clips and says how many stretches it found. You are only charged for clips delivered.
An uploaded video is deleted when the job ends. A video read from a path on your computer is never copied.
A key. One line of text, issued to you and shown exactly once — only its hash is kept here, so it cannot be looked up later and we could not tell you what yours is. Every key arrives with a free allowance already on it, which is the tier at the top of the pricing above, and the work starts the first time you send a job with that key on it.
Each job is metered in the unit named in the pricing, and a unit that fails — a file that will not read, a row the model held back — is not charged and is named in the job report rather than silently skipped. When an allowance runs out the next job is refused before any work starts, with the number it used printed on the refusal.
More units are bought in bitcoin. The checkout is a bitcoin server we run ourselves. Buy from the Buy more box inside the program and the units are added to your key on their own as soon as the payment confirms; buy from the plan buttons above and paste the invoice number from your receipt into that same box. Each payment adds its units once, to one key.
Make a key, point it at your latest video, and tick TikTok.
