Interdict screens every performer or company a platform pays against the Treasury’s SDN list — downloaded by you, matched on your own machine, with near-spellings, surname-first and accents still caught — flags anyone in a comprehensively sanctioned place, puts a confirmed match on the 10-business-day reporting clock, and keeps every check for ten years.
Opens in this browser with an invented platform and an invented list already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed.

The problem
OFAC says all U.S. persons, companies included, must not deal with anyone on its sanctions list or in a comprehensively sanctioned place, strongly encourages screening, and violations bring civil and sometimes criminal penalties. A platform paying thousands of performers abroad checks each one before the first payout and again whenever the list changes.
the records of every check are kept, since March 2025.
to report blocked property to OFAC after a confirmed match.
A name match is only possible until a person reviews it and writes down what was compared — date of birth, nationality, address, ID numbers. Clearing without a note is refused. A payee in a sanctioned place is a stop. A confirmed match is blocked and its report put on a clock. A new list re-screens everyone; a hit cleared as not them stays cleared.
How it works
Download sdn.csv free from the Treasury’s Sanctions List Service, paste it in, and give its date. Interdict asks OFAC nothing.
Each performer or company, their country and the last screening. One button screens everyone on a new list.
Every check, the list it ran against, and the date it may be thrown away. Print the file.
What it will never do
Interdict tells you which payouts to hold and which reports are due. Your payout system does the holding.
Pricing
Against penalties that can be civil and criminal.
One platform paying performers abroad.
The same, two months free.
Subscription. Your bank statement says Interdict Software. Refunded in full on request within 30 days. Your licence key is emailed to you within two working days of payment.
Checkout is our own bitcoin server, not a card processor — nobody we had to apply to and nobody who can close the account. The button takes you straight to it. Give your email address there — that is where your key is sent.
Questions
You download sdn.csv free from the Treasury’s Sanctions List Service and paste it in. Interdict never contacts OFAC.
Not yet. It is possible until a person compares date of birth, nationality, address and ID numbers and writes down what they found.
One button re-screens everyone. A hit already reviewed as not them stays cleared; a new entry does not.
No. It is the log you wish you had kept.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
The demo’s list is three invented entries. A performer matching a list name is still being paid, one is in Crimea, one was never screened, a confirmed match is not yet reported, and one was screened on an older list.
