30 days, no argument. Write to sales@callboardsoftware.com within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full. You do not have to say why.

Every program on this site opens as a working demonstration with invented records already in it, with no account, no email address and nothing installed. That is the whole program, not a tour of it. We would rather you found out it is not for you before any money moved, which is why the demo is the first link on the page.
Cancel whenever you like and the licence runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not bill again after that. A charge less than 30 days old is refunded in full on request.
Inside 30 days, refunded in full. After that, cancel and we refund the whole unused months, pro rata, rounded up to the month.
Nothing. They are on your machine and they stay there. The program goes read-only when the licence ends — everything you entered is still readable and Export still hands you all of it — and it stops accepting new entries. We cannot reach into your copy and never could; ending the licence means the key stops being valid at the end of the term and you agree to stop using the program to keep new records.
One email to sales@callboardsoftware.com with the address you bought under. No form, no retention call, no offer designed to keep you. We answer within two working days and send the refund in bitcoin to an address you give us in your email.
Only where a licence has been resold, shared outside the business it was bought for, or the licence check has been tampered with. Nothing else on this page has conditions attached to it.
