Facsimile Synthetic Performer Ad Log
For adult brands, sites and affiliates running ads in New York

The partner’s creative ran three weeks with no label.

Facsimile logs every ad you run, asks whether it uses an AI-made person, keeps the disclosure it carried, where that sat on the ad and the proof of it as it ran — and will not close a month while an ad that ran in New York is unanswered or unlabelled.

Opens in this browser with an invented advertiser already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed.

The problem

New York wants it said out loud.

Since 9 June 2026, a New York ad that uses a synthetic performer, an AI-made person who looks real, must say so conspicuously. Audio-only ads, AI used only to translate a human, and ads for an expressive work that use the performer as the work does are outside it.

Will not close a month with an unlabelled ad in it.

Not a reminder. Close the month refuses, naming the ad, while anything that ran in New York has no answer to whether it uses an AI-made person, or uses one and has no disclosure, no note of where it sat, or no proof as it ran. A closed month is frozen. There is no override.

How it works

Ask, label, close

Log each ad

Its name, its dates, its format and whether it ran in New York.

Answer the question

Does it use an AI-made person? If so, the wording, where it sat and the proof.

Close the month

When every New York ad is answered, close it and keep the record.

What it will never do

It keeps the answers. Not the ads.

Facsimile never holds the creative itself.

No images, no video.A name, dates, wording and where the proof is kept.
No ad network connection. You type what ran.
It does not judge the ad.Whether it uses an AI-made person is your answer.
It is not legal advice. It is the log and the gate.

  • Ad log with the New York question
  • Disclosure, placement and proof
  • Monthly close gate, no override

Monthly. Your bank statement says Facsimile Software. Your licence key is emailed to you within two working days of payment.

Checkout is our own bitcoin server, not a card processor — nobody we had to apply to and nobody who can close the account. The button takes you straight to it. Give your email address there — that is where your key is sent.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

What about affiliates and partners?

Log their creative too, and ask them the question. An unanswered one keeps the month open.

Are audio ads covered?

Audio-only ads are outside the law, so Facsimile does not ask for a disclosure on them.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is the log you keep and the gate in front of it.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.

Open the demo before the month ends

Two months are closed. Last month is open: a partner’s video with an AI-made person ran in New York with no disclosure, and a display set nobody has asked about.
