Binder keeps the pile a specialty underwriter asks for every year — server training certificates, guard licences, the incident history, the entertainment schedule, exits and life safety, and the loss runs — and assembles it into one dated submission beside last year’s. It will not mark the submission sent while a single hole is left.

The problem
Liquor liability for clubs is placed almost entirely in the surplus-lines market, and assault-and-battery cover is the hard part to place. The underwriter wants formal liquor training for everyone who serves, trained security, and the incident history. A submission with a gap comes back as a decline, a higher premium, or an A&B exclusion — and that is how a club ends up paying for a bouncer’s lawsuit itself.
formal liquor training and trained security: what the carriers want to see.
Rough Notes (2010) →Not a reminder. Mark sent refuses, with the reason named, while a server certificate is expired or missing, a guard is untrained or unlicensed, a claim has no status, a night of entertainment has no guard, the fire inspection or extinguisher service is over a year old, or the loss runs are missing or over 90 days old. A sent submission is frozen. There is no override.
How it works
Carrier, broker, lines, limits, premium, expiry, and the send-by date — 60 days before expiry by default.
Every server’s certificate, every guard’s licence, every incident the night it happened, the entertainment schedule and life safety.
One printable page with the figures an underwriter reads first, and the change from last year. When it is green, send it.
What it will never do
Binder is not a broker and gives no insurance advice. Your broker places the cover.
Pricing
Once a year, against a premium that is often five figures.
One club and its yearly renewal.
Up to four venues.
Yearly licence. Your bank statement says Binder Software. Refunded in full on request within 30 days. Your licence key is emailed to you within two working days of payment.
Checkout is our own bitcoin server, not a card processor — nobody we had to apply to and nobody who can close the account. The button takes you straight to it. Give your email address there — that is where your key is sent.
Questions
Servers certified, guards and the guard-to-capacity ratio, and incidents and claims this policy year. Binder puts those at the top.
Whatever your carrier accepts: TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, a state responsible-beverage card. Binder keeps each one with its expiry.
Because the underwriter compares. Binder shows the change from last year beside this year’s figures.
No. It is the submission your broker wishes every club sent.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
The invented club has an expired server certificate and another missing, an unlicensed guard, a claim with no status, a night of entertainment with no guard, an old fire inspection and stale loss runs. Binder will not send it until every one is fixed.
