Agemark keeps, app by app, what the App Store Accountability Acts ask of developers: reading the store’s age category and parental consent before the download, what each bracket gets — blocked, limited or full — the data rules, the age ratings sent to the store with their reasons, and every significant change with the day the store was told.

The problem
Texas, Utah and Louisiana passed App Store Accountability Acts. The app reads the store’s age category for each user and whether a parent consented, before the download or purchase; gives the store an age rating for the app and every in-app purchase, with the content that drove it; tells the store before a significant change; and uses the age data only for the check, then deletes it.
An adults-only app that lets any minor bracket in is refused. An app that checks age only after sign-up, never reads parental consent, sends a rating with no reason, or told the store about a change late is a stop on the file. Each state carries its date, its status and the day it was checked.
How it works
Adults only or not, reading the age category and consent before download, and what each bracket gets.
Every rating sent to the store with its reason, and every significant change with the day the store was told.
Texas, Utah, Louisiana and any added, each with its status and the day it was checked. Print the file.
What it will never do
Agemark records how your app handles the age signal. It does not connect to any app store.
Pricing
Less than a day of a compliance consultant.
Every app one developer ships.
The same, two months free.
Subscription. Your bank statement says Agemark Software. Refunded in full on request within 30 days. Your licence key is emailed to you within two working days of payment.
Checkout is our own bitcoin server, not a card processor — nobody we had to apply to and nobody who can close the account. The button takes you straight to it. Give your email address there — that is where your key is sent.
Questions
Texas, Utah and Louisiana to start, and any you add, each with its date and whether a court has paused it.
Before the download or purchase. An app that only checks after sign-up is a stop.
Use it for the check only, then delete it, and never share it. Agemark records those three rules per app.
No. It is the record you wish you had kept.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, emailed to the address you give at checkout within two working days. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
The invented developer’s adult cam app checks age only after sign-up and lets 16–17s in, its dating app never reads parental consent, a change notice went late, and no state has been checked. Agemark stops every one.
