Florida's section 787.30 says nobody under 21 may perform or work in any capacity at an adult entertainment establishment, and that whoever lets them work must first carefully check a driver licence, a state ID, a passport or a uniformed services ID. Not knowing their age is no defence. So a worker goes on tonight's sheet only with a check on file that came back 21 or over.
The name the worker goes by here, what they do, and every ID check. A check records the kind of ID, who issued it, who checked it and when, and whether the worker was 21 or over. The date of birth is typed in to work that out and then thrown away. There is no field for an ID number and nowhere to put a picture.
Some cities and counties issue their own work card for entertainers and staff, and ask the employer to file a form naming the location within a few days of the first shift — in Las Vegas, five. Where yours does, turn it on in Settings and Usher keeps the card's expiry and the filing beside the ID check.
