A dependency is covered on a date only if a named successor passed a rehearsal on or before that date, inside the dependency's own re-test interval, and nothing failed after it. A successor that exists on paper is not a successor. One that worked last year is not one either.
Every notice, review, hold, closure and appeal, with the date, who sent it and the reason they gave. The next processor's application asks why you left the last one. This is the answer, written down while it was happening rather than reconstructed from memory at the worst possible moment.
