Wage rules
A dance fee is wages. A tip is the dancer's. Never the two mixed.
Shifts
Each shift: hours, every dance and room sold, and the tips the dancer reported.
The week
Minimum wage, tip credit, make-up and overtime for every dancer - and closing the week.
House menu
Every dance and room price the club sets, compulsory or not, and the dancer's share of it.
Dancers
Employee dancers, their cash wage, and the date each was given the tip-credit notice.
The record
Wage rules
Federal by default. Set your state's minimum wage, and whether it allows a tip credit.

A price the club sets and the customer must pay - a dance, a room, a fixed "gratuity" added to the bill - is a
service charge, whatever it is called. What the club pays the dancer out of it is wages. Only what the customer chooses to give is a tip.
Dancers×
Before a club takes a tip credit it must tell the employee about it. Write down the date each dancer was given that notice; with no date, Tronc takes no credit for her.
