Utah taxes a sexually explicit business 10% of what it takes for admission, user fees, retail sales (including food and drink) and any service — on top of ordinary sales tax, and sales tax exemptions do not apply to it. Type the day's takings before sales tax, then split them. A split that does not add up to the till is refused.

Tenth does not file or pay: the return is form TC-62W on the Tax Commission's Taxpayer Access Point. This records that it was done, and the figure.

Returns×

A return is due the last day of the month after the period; on a weekend it moves to the Monday. (Public holidays are not moved here — check those yourself.)
