A shift is confirmed only if everyone on it, that night, holds a guard registration that has been issued and has not expired, has the skills training the first months require, and has the yearly refresher. Asked as of the shift's own night.
The day the guard registration was issued and the day it expires, the day they started here, and every block of training with its hours. The employer keeps training records for as long as the guard works here, so training lines cannot be deleted while they do. No card number, no fingerprints, no background check result.
Card renewals are to be filed at least sixty days before the card expires; a card not renewed within sixty days after it expires is cancelled and the guard starts again. Training deadlines run from the day the registration was issued and the day they started here.
