Opened from a published Claude artifact link, every save rewrites that published page with every record in it, incident accounts and the names of whoever reported and decided them included; Anthropic's artifact hosting — not us — then holds that copy, and anyone with the link can read it. That makes Anthropic a recipient of this data, so do not use that mode for real records, or offer it to a customer, without naming it in your own notice first. Opened off a disk or served from our own page, nothing you type leaves this browser.
Doorlist is bookkeeping and recordkeeping software. It is not legal advice, not tax advice and not a compliance guarantee. A refusal at the door reports what your own records say — it is not an opinion that you are compliant, and an admission is not an opinion that letting somebody in is lawful. Doorlist does not check or record anybody's age, and it notifies nobody of anything.
Before you start: set your retention periods on the Retention screen. The program ships with defaults so the clock is never silent, but they are defaults — not a legal opinion, and not ours. Decide the periods your organisation can name and defend.
Doorlist is a product of FHL Stephens LLC, an Oregon limited liability company,
1303 SE Stephens St, Roseburg, OR 97470. Doorlist and Callboard are trade names of FHL Stephens LLC.
Support: sales@callboardsoftware.com. Licence terms, privacy and refunds are posted on the Callboard storefront page
you bought Doorlist from, as terms.html, privacy.html and
refunds.html alongside the page you paid on — and asking sales@callboardsoftware.com
gets a copy emailed to you as well. © 2026 FHL Stephens LLC. All rights reserved.
An event is a date, and every question about who could come in is asked as of that date — not as of this morning. A suspension that ended last week admits somebody on Saturday. A ban decided yesterday does not reach back into last month; the door log shows what the door knew at the time.
Members and guests are known here the way they are known at the door: by handle and member number. There is no field for a legal name and no field for a photograph, and neither is an oversight. Record every handle a person has used — somebody barred under one name who comes back under another is the case this list exists for.
Doorlist does not check or record anybody's age. Confirming a member or guest is an adult happens at your door, by whatever identification or membership check you already use, before Doorlist is asked anything.
Every incident has a written account, a decision, and the name of the person who made it. An incident nobody has decided is an incident the door cannot act on — which is how the same person comes back in March, on a night when the two people who knew are not working.
