Walk the building once a month. For each sign in each spot, record that it is up and readable, or that it is missing or damaged — and the day it was replaced. The month closes only when every sign has a check this month and nothing found down is still down.

The notices for the state in Settings, as the law reads them, and any your city or county adds that you put in yourself. Corkboard does not print the sign: the state publishes its own, and the source is beside each.
