One count per month, from the app's own logs: how many times a crisis referral was shown, and how many times the protocol fired. A month with none is a zero, typed in. A blank is not a zero.

California asks that the protocol for responding to suicidal ideation and self-harm be published on the operator's website. A new version is not in force on paper until its address is recorded here.
