A booking is confirmed only where the agency was licensed to make it — on the day it is made and on the day of the job, with the bond and the filings that jurisdiction asks for in force on those dates. The door does not ask whether you are licensed this morning. It asks about those two days, and it has no override.
A licence is a history, not a field. Each term and each bond is recorded with the day it began and the day it ended, because the one that answers a question about a booking is the one in force on that booking's dates — and a renewal that arrived three weeks late leaves three weeks that no later certificate can cover.
Some jurisdictions want the contract an agency signs with an artist approved before it is used, and the fees it charges on file before it charges them. A form waiting for approval is a form that cannot be used yet, and a form approved for one state says nothing in another.
The people the agency books, by the name they work under. Agency records no identity documents — no legal name, no date of birth, no identification, no taxpayer number. Identity records are the producer's to keep; a W-9 belongs in your accountant's hands. This screen records only that the W-9 exists, when it arrived, and where it is held.
